Access Bars^® is a gentle hands-on modality developed in the 90's.  There are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life.

An incredibly nurturing and kind process for you and your body, Access Bars® can be used to facilitate change in all areas of your life. Having your Bars run creates greater ease for you and your body and clears the underlying thoughts, feelings and emotions that are limiting you.

The benefits of Bars are best received when practiced regularly. A Bars Gifting & Receiving event is a safe space for you to integrate this practice in your life. In these events you will be able to trade bars with other bars practitioners in your area.  It’s a great way to get your bars run regularly!

Becoming an Access Bars Practitioner is very easy - You attend a 1-Day Bars Class, where you learn the 32 Bars points and how to "run" them; During the class you receive a Bars Session twice while also get to practice "running the Bars"  twice. You also receive a comprehensive Bars manual and charts to support your learning and practice; these are yours to take away with you for whenever you need to refer back!

At the end of the day, you will become a Certified Access Bars Practitioner, and you'll be able to "run bars" for yourself, your family & friends, and could even add it as  a new revenue stream in your life!! How does it get any better than that?
